1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. ph62a reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ph62a. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph62a login credentials, including your username and password. ph62a will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify ph62a immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph62a supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph62a wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ph62a does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph62a platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on ph62a.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph62a games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph62a platform — including but not limited to the ph62a brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph62a or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph62a platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph62a content without prior written consent.
• Use ph62a's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without authorization.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

ph62a's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph62a shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph62a account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph62a does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The ph62a platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

ph62a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling ph62a to restrict access.
• Your voluntary request to close your account.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited at ph62a's discretion. You may request account closure at any time by contacting ph62a customer support.

10 Responsible Gaming
